Information we collect

For customer accounts, we may store your name, mobile number, email address, account status, login timestamps and purchase/order information. Security logs may include IP address, browser information and activity needed to protect the service.

Payments

Digital Store payments are processed through Razorpay. Masum Digital Solutions does not ask you to send card, UPI PIN, OTP or banking credentials through WhatsApp or email. Payment status is verified on the server and payment webhooks are validated before they are used for order fulfillment.

Digital downloads

Purchased files are kept in protected storage and are served only after the application checks that the logged-in customer owns the paid product. Download activity may be logged for security and support.

Free tools

Some browser-based tools process files locally in your browser. Other services may process data on the server. Review each tool's instructions before uploading sensitive documents and avoid uploading information that is not necessary for the task.

Cookies and sessions

The website uses session cookies for login, security and account functionality. We may also use analytics or advertising services in the future, subject to the applicable notices and settings.
