Free tools are provided for general digital-service work. You are responsible for checking outputs and official requirements before submitting documents to a government, bank, employer, educational institution or other organization.

Digital products

Digital products are supplied as downloadable files. Product requirements, file type and version are shown on the product page when provided by the seller. Do not redistribute, resell or publish purchased files unless the product license explicitly permits it.

Accounts

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials. Do not share passwords or payment authentication information. Masum Digital Solutions may restrict accounts involved in abuse, fraud or unauthorized redistribution.

Payments and fulfillment

Payments are processed through the configured payment gateway. A product is unlocked only after successful server-side payment verification. If a payment is debited but the product is not unlocked, contact support with the order/payment reference.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the product, the circumstances of the request and applicable law. Contact support before assuming that a digital product is refundable. Where a refund is approved, the payment gateway may process it back to the original payment method.
